I am going to rant a little bit here.
I am here to tell you that each and every one of us is at our exact station in life because of our thoughts, our words, and our actions.
For the most part there is no good luck or bad luck in life. We have to make it happen.
And I absolutely know that now is the time for you to focus on your lifestyle choices; not Jan. first.
I am tired of people making excuses for their position in life. It’s easy to put the blame on some one else or on something else.
It’s the economies fault, it’s my parents fault, I came from a dysfunctional family; my boss won’t give me a promotion, the stock market fell.
Do not make the mistake of waiting till Jan. 1st to start working out; eating better; and taking control of your own health, fitness, and well being.
Cause if you do, odds are that you will be a casualty just like 99% of the free world and will not have any hope of trying to lose weight, gain muscle and energy past the second week of Jan.
Now is the time to buckle down on your exercise and nutrition program. With all the challenges we are now facing with the election, the economy, the stock market, as well as the up coming holidays.
It seems like everything is out of control. Really; the only thing we are in control of is our lifestyle choices.
Take responsibility for your own actions. The ten most powerful two letter words in the English vocabulary;
IF IT IS Meant TO BE, IT IS UP TO ME!!
