Each of us begins as a
unique field, develops into a unique person, and experiences a unique life. In
the process, each of us builds a unique conscious and subconscious mind. The
focus for each of us is on the survival of "self." We, as individuals, think as
individuals, respond as individuals, and act as individuals. However, as much as
we would like to think that the universe revolves around "Me," in reality, each
"Me" is a part of the universe. None of us is apart from the
universe. And, although our basic drive in life is to survive as an individual,
we cannot survive alone. We weren't designed to survive alone. Generic Man is a
corporate animal.

What does this bit of
philosophy have to do with health, happiness, and success? Everything!

We can examine the effects
thoughts, feelings, memories, beliefs, and learning lessons have on "Me." Yet,
I'm not advocating a return to the selfish, what's-in-it-for-me, self-centered,
"Me generation." You learn your personal lessons in life when you find an
element of good in every lesson and recognize a benefit to you personally. Yet
in order for a benefit to you to be truly positive, that benefit must not hurt
anyone else. As an extreme example, if you rob a bank, you can see the immediate
benefit to you of instant ready cash.

However, that's hardly a
universal positive. You have injured others either physically or financially.
And, you have injected negative into your mind, body, and field. You know that
robbing a bank is "wrong," or you wouldn't go to great lengths to avoid being
caught. Intentionally doing something you know is wrong puts interference into
your body and field. And, when you put interference into your field, other
fields are affected. You are attached by an energy umbilical cord to the energy
of the universe. Your energy affects universal energy, and universal energy
affects you. It's a wonderfully symbiotic relationship.

Any action we take, and any
benefit we receive, must not intentionally or knowingly hurt anyone else.
Although we are "Me" oriented, we are "We" connected. When you focus on finding
the good in any experience, make sure it is a universal good that not only
benefits you, but also harms no one else. When you find a universal "good," you
find truth. And, that's what it's all about. Looking for universal truths on
which to hang our individual hats.

You can see that if "truth"
resonates with perfect Universal Energy then the opposite of "truth," a "lie,"
does not resonate with perfect Universal Energy. Truth in living is the
universal growth factor. Learning the lesson of every experience is finding the
truth in that experience. Or to put it another way, it is finding the positive
energy that resonates with Universal Energy.

You can tell when your
energy resonates with Universal Energy. Your senses are sharpened, your world is
brighter, you are more energetic, and you can see the good in the world around
you. Because, you are more than a visible body, you are an energy being. As
such, you are a part of the energy of the universe. Your subconscious memories
combined with your conscious thoughts and choices can affect your connection to
your field. If you are looking for health in body, mind, and life, you are in
search of truth. And truth lies in synchronizing your mental energy with the
energy of your field.

Your body, mind, and field
are the dynamic trio that makes up the unique "You." Each element of this trio
is energy. Each is energy at a particular frequency. Everything you think,
believe, feel, say, and do, alters the frequency of the energy that is "You."
Consequently, you are ever-changing. You and your energy are dynamic. It stands
to reason, then, that your best interests are served when you use your dynamic
energy in ways that allow your body to function at its best.

As a unique "You," you have
your own strengths and attributes. You are a survivor. No matter how rough the
road you have traveled to this point, you have survived. And along the way you
have had plenty of lessons in the making. Each of us is like an independent cell
in the vast body of the universe. Each cell has its own job to perform –
responses to stimuli – as a part of the whole. So it mustn't respond in ways
that injure other parts of the whole. Everything the individual cell (and the
individual person) does must benefit the whole. We fight for our own survival,
but our survival ultimately depends on the well being of the whole. So it is
with our life experiences. You are truly the "I" in the middle of the
"Universe."
