If you want to quit smoking, you will need to replace the mechanical gesture of lifting the cigarette to your mouth with alternative activities. Find a hobby and stick to it every time you feel the need to smoke. Since you will have a few extra cash to spend, when you are not buying cigarettes anymore, you should be able to finance your hobby easily.




It will not be easy to quit smoking. If you have been smoking for a long time, this habit can be particularly hard to renounce. However, if you are motivated and you stick by your decision to quit, you can achieve this goal. Since there are so many benefits in quitting this habit, you should have no trouble finding your motivation.
