In fact the keto diet was just proven in an actual study to reduce muscle mass and inhibit the loss of bodyfat–maning it does the opposite of what a Dieter wants and what the diet is claimed to do.
So did they backpeddle everything, and tell everyone the keto diet is BS and doesn’t work? Of course not. These types of people have no intellectual integrity, that’s why they aren’t ACTUAL scientists, but usually do end up getting rich anyways. They are hucksters
