Okay Yoga enthusiasts~

If you are a yoga addict like me, then you absolutely don't want to miss this wonderful event that is happening from March 1 – 7, 2007 in Rishikesh, India.
This year, Healthy Wealthy n Wise Magazine is one of the sponsors of this amazing festival.

More than 350 students, housewives, business professionals, you name it, they are there from countries all over the world. People from Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Norway, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, UK, USA, Zimbabwe and many others.

Classes on every kind of yoga available by many of the top yoga experts in the world will be taught. Classes in Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Reiki, Pranayama, Power Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranic Healing, music therapy, yoga therapy, Nada yoga, and so much more. Prepare to be so completely ecstatic waking up on the banks of the Ganges, grabbing your yoga mat and spending the day seeped in the bliss of knowledge and yoga! And guess what?!! I will be there as well presenting "The Passion Test"! Go figure!?! &nbsp

And then there are the lectures and satsangs with revered saints…….

On top of that, there will also be a question-answer session with Saints and Yogi's from different parts of India. There you are, sitting together with these great Masters, all as one big happy world family asking all of your questions

Ok…visualize this… you are sitting in this huge tent near the banks of the Ganges with all of your new friends from all over the world (consider the networking potential!) and night after night you are able to ask any question you have in your heart by some of the most revered Saints in India. Does it get any better than that?!

Yoga means unity and this festival is truly a festival of unity – unity between people of different cultures and faiths, unity between the east and west, unity between modern and traditional, unity between the body, mind and soul.

In India, the belief is that when you bathe in the sacred river Ganges, you wash away all of your sins. (If you still believe in "sin", that's worth the trip right there!)

And then there's my favorite part of the festival….Each evening together be part of the divine Ganga Aarti, a grand fire ceremony and chanting of divine bhajans (songs)

Even though the participants come from other countries and a wide variety of religious, spiritual and cultural backgrounds, the aarti is a time that is deeply moving, meaningful and inspiring for all. It is definitely a time in which one feels a deep communion with their own self and the universe as one.

I will be there, I wouldn't miss it for anything! I hope you will join me for this wonderful week of yoga, world family of friends, spiritual knowledge and fun! For more information on International Yoga Festival go to www.parmarth.com

Namaste~Janet

P.S. If you are thinking you would like to enjoy India for a longer period, come join me on my "Spiritual Journey to India Tour" Feb 18th to March 11th. In addition to spending one week at the International Conference on Yoga in Rishikesh, I will be taking you on a tour to the Taj Mahal, shopping in Delhi, visiting the sacred city of Uttarkashi, located high in the Himalayas to meet some of my favorite friends, meditating together on the banks of the Ganges, and so much more! If you would like to know more about this incredible tour I have planned, email me at janet@stayinginlove.com and put in the subject line "Janet's Spiritual Tour of India".
