3 Steps to Quick and Easy Downloading

Once you find an item you want to download:

For PC Users

1. Right click on the download link
2. Choose "Save Target As"
3. Save the file to your computer in a location you can find it. 

For Mac Users

1. Just double click on the download link. 
2. When you open the file, be sure to choose "Save a Copy" before doing anything else.

If you have problems opening a file once you have downloaded it:

For files ending in .pdf
Download a copy or update your current copy of Acrobat Reader.  The software is free and installs with step-by-step instructions in less than 2 minutes. To download the latest copy go to: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

For files ending in .zip
Download a copy or update your current copy of WinZip. (This program allows us to compress very large files so you can download them more quickly.  You'll find the actual product files inside the .zip file)  The software is free and installs with step-by-step instructions in less than 2 minutes. To download the latest copy go to: http://www.winzip.com/downwz.htm

Actually doing all of this is much simpler than it sounds.
